Great advice from the editor of Money magazine on dealing with the pain of volatile markets: while this article is U.S.-oriented, all the noted principles apply equally in Canada, including those dealing with managing capital gains and losses.
The misery for investors doesn’t stem just from the recent sell-off, which pushed stocks into an official bear market. The problem is deeper than that.
